Wynnette Cheek, President, is a former banker with Atlanta-based Banks in Management and Lending, where she served for 25 years. Wynnette partnered with Bob Witcher in 1997 to establish Tax Free Exchange Service, Inc., offering a personalized point-of-view to the "cookie cutter" world of tax free exchanges. Wynnette and Bob conduct Educational Seminars regarding Section 1031 tax-deferred Exchanges.
Bob Witcher, Legal Counsel to Tax Free Exchange Service, Inc., has practiced law in Atlanta for 33 years and has completed numerous tax-deferred exchanges relating to real estate. He is a retired Lt. Colonel from the United States Air National Guard, and a member in good standing with both the Georgia Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association.
Here is What We Do For You:
- Sort out any questions that you, the taxpayer, might have.
- Prepare appropriate agreements for you.
- Deliver specific instructions to the closing attorney or agent.
- Act on your behalf at closing.
- Deposit proceeds of sale in a FDIC-approved money market account.
- Advise you on Replacement Property Identification, and put you in touch with parties we may know with Exchangeable inventory.
- Attend at least one closing (where feasible) with you and pay out your escrow (principal and interest) at the final closing.
